Refund & Cancellation

Refunds Policy

From the time receives returned items, refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days. If you pay for a prepaid order using a credit card, debit card, or net banking account, the money will be reimbursed to you within 3-5 business days. In the case of a Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund check will be deposited in your bank account in the name of the “Billing Name” used when placing the order, or a bank transfer will be made, for which certain details must be provided via email (, and the money will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. Please keep in mind that cash-on-delivery fees and shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Only when an order is in the ‘Pending’ stage can it be cancelled. It is not possible to stop the processing once it has begun. You must write us at ( with the reason for the cancellation. It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your purchase. You will receive an email notification of the same.

Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.

Shipping Policy

Customers will know about shipping and handling expenses before making payments because they are mentioned at check-out.

You will receive an email with the tracking number and courier provider characteristics after your order has been accepted and dispatched. Most orders are sent within 6-7 business days.

The predicted delivery time may differ somewhat from one state to the next. Working days are days that do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Furthermore, product delivery may be delayed as a result of logistical problems.

Due to high demand, delivery of our items ordered during a Sale event may be delayed. We will try to ship all orders within 7 days of receiving them.

Split shipments are completely normal. This implies that separate pieces of your order may have been sent from various warehouses around India. Rest assured that you will only be responsible for the shipping/COD fee on the goods you receive.

Damage Policy

While sending our items to you, we take the highest care and responsibility. Your package is chosen and subjected to a thorough quality inspection before being sent to you. If you received incomplete, void, or broken products as a result of placing an order on our website, please contact our customer care staff within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. Please bear the following in mind:

  1. Do not utilise the items.
  2. Take high-quality photos of the items.
  3. Keep a copy of the receipt with you.
    If, on the other hand, the order was placed through an online marketplace, Kayaearth is not responsible for any accidents that may occur as a result of this.
